From January 2000 until retiring in January 2017 Kevin served on the Life.Church Directional Leadership Team with Craig Groeschel, Jerry Hurley, Sam Roberts, & Bobby Gruenewald.
Kevin led the overall operations of Life.Church. With a focus on maintaining the highest level of integrity, he led the way on church logistics, finances, construction and design, and improving overall efficiency within the organization.
Kevin also led the small groups and missions teams at Life.Church to redefined what ministry and personal development could look like in a global community.
